Shipping:

We ship standard ground service for our smaller packages and use various freight companies for our larger items.  All of our items are fully insured when shipped, however it is the buyers responsibility to inspect the product for damage upon arrival.  Any Damage will result in a claim through the carrier.  A replacement product will NOT be issued until the claim has been closed and the issue resolved.

Terms of Service:

Our terms of service are simple.  We will provide the product ordered in the time frame specified at the time the order was placed.  Unless specified, the product ordered is exactly what will ship.  All special requests must be emailed to us within 24 hours of the order being placed with the order number specified in the subject line of the message.

Return Policy:

All sales on custom fabricated products are FINAL unless not shipped to the exact specifications stated at the time the order was placed.  If a product is NOT delivered as specified, a replacement unit will be supplied.  No Refunds will be issued.  All in stock items may be returned within two weeks, in the original packaging and in new condition. 

Privacy Policy:

At Bottorf Fabrication we recognize that privacy is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products offered by Bottorf Fabrication. or its subsidiaries. In addition, where more detailed information is needed to explain our privacy practices, we post supplementary privacy notices to describe how particular services process.Information you provide – When you sign up for a Bottorf Fabrication service or promotion that requires registration, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we also request credit card or other payment account information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers. We may combine the information you submit under your account with information from other Bottorf Fabrication services or third parties in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. For certain services, we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information.
